Beginners Guide to CBBE Bodyslide and Outfit Studio for FO4

During FOMOD installation you'll notice some options that will give you bodyslide files. Those are meant for modders only to be used on any projects they may have as i believe users shouldnt have to go through bodyslide, just to have a body functioning.

- How To Use Fallout 4 Bodyslider When player eat something her belly size increase and she gain weight after diggestion process. If player use Weigh Bench and Pommel Horse she lose fat and gain muscle mass. If player use sprinting and Power Cycle she lose fat. If you gain weight your health points increase, but your movement speed and agility decrease.
I have put together some basic steps and instructions for new people that want to use BodySlide and Outfit Studio to make their own tweaks and changes to the CBBE body and Clothing. I know that most of the people here on Nexus already know how to use them but this video is addressed to those that need a few pointers. Feel free to post anything you believe is helpful for us, as in tips/tricks or even more guides!

Step-by-step example
- Create a new project in Outfit Studio using the New Project button or menu item.
- Select the conversion reference, template or project file that contains the sliders you need from the list or file browser and click next.
- Choose the file of the outfit/mesh you want to convert and click next.
